$250.00 for the Intake/Initial counseling session (50 minutes)

$175.00 Individual Session (50 minutes)

$175.00 Phone Session (50 minutes)

$45 per Group Session

$90.00 per meeting for Clinical Supervision of Master's Level Clinicians

Insurance

HMS Therapy Services accepts several insurance policies. Please contact us to discuss setting up an appointment. 

Policy for Cancellation

HMS Therapy Services requires that you provide 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. HMS charges $50.00 for appointments that are not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours. For your convenience, HMS Therapy Services accepts Cash, Credit and Checks for Payment.
